All reservations must be received by Friday, September 5, 2025 at 11:59pm EST.  After which, any remaining rooms within your block will be released back into our general inventory and the rooms and group rate will no longer be guaranteed. 

Guests may book via the provided booking link or by calling 1-800-HILTONS or our hotel directly at 317-955-9700.  If booking over the phone, please ensure your guests mention either the group name or group code below to ensure they receive the discounted rate.

Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival.  Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be subject to a late cancellation charge of one (1) night's room and tax.
